Review: Essie Gel Couture Pinned Up & top coat

Jag borde också ta itu med Essie Gel-Setter Top Coat som släpptes förra året (ovan) som jag granskade. Jag förstår inte varför Essie ens störde att släppa ut det om gelkupolen redan var i utveckling. Undvik det såväl som Gel Couture Top Coat istället!
